Our Process From Artwork to Doorstep in Nine Controlled Steps
Each stage has a deliverable you can review — no black box between your files and your pallet. Typical timeline: dieline in 24–48 hours, prototype in 4–7 business days, production in 10–15 business days.
STEP 01Requirement Intake
Product dimensions, weight, quantity, artwork and target retail feel are logged in a single spec sheet.
STEP 02Structural Review
We validate fit tolerance, board caliper and flap allowance before any price is issued.
STEP 03Material & Finish Advice
Stock, coating and closure are recommended against your shipping route and shelf environment.
STEP 04Free Artwork Check
Bleed, resolution, spot layers and fold-line clearance are fixed at no charge and returned as a dieline proof.
STEP 05Transparent Quotation
Line-itemed pricing for tooling, print, finishing and freight — no hidden plate or setup surprises.
STEP 06Physical Prototype
A production-method sample is built and shipped so you can fold, load and stress-test the box.
STEP 07Mass Production
Print, laminate, die-cut, foil, glue and assemble with in-line operator checks at every station.
STEP 08Quality Inspection
AQL sampling on color, registration, glue strength and dimensions against your approved sample.
STEP 09Tracked Delivery
Palletized or carton-packed, shipped door-to-door to any US state with tracking and delivery photos.
